This policy explains what PriceLuma collects when you use it in ChatGPT or visit priceluma.com, and how that information is used.

What we collect

When ChatGPT sends a price question to PriceLuma, we record:

• The request: product query, model identifiers, shopping country, currency, condition, and histogram settings.
• The aggregate result we return, its status, coverage, and how long it took.
• Pseudonymous user and session identifiers that ChatGPT may attach to the request. These are not your name or email address.
• Other request metadata ChatGPT may attach, such as your locale, approximate location, and app or browser details.

We do not receive your ChatGPT conversation beyond what ChatGPT sends to PriceLuma, and we do not ask for an account, name, email address, or payment details.

How we use it

• To answer your question by searching marketplace listings and calculating price statistics.
• To operate, secure, and debug the service.
• To understand usage and improve matching and price coverage.

We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

• Marketplace and search data providers receive the product query and shopping country needed to find current listings.
• Our database and hosting providers store and process request logs on our behalf.
• Currency rate lookups contain no information about you.

We may also disclose information when required by law.

This website

PriceLuma's website does not use cookies, analytics, or third-party tracking scripts.

Retention and your choices

We keep request logs only as long as needed for the purposes above. To ask about or delete records linked to your identifiers, email support@priceluma.com.

Children

PriceLuma is not directed at children and follows the age requirements of ChatGPT.
